We store information about your purchases in the Portal services and record your communication with each other in order to ensure compliance with the Rules, violation of which will negatively affect other Portal Members.

Use of information

Data storage

All information is stored in a database on the servers of the Portal, protected from any outside access. The Portal records the Participant's actions within the portal and using the services. All protocols are automatically written to the database. They can only be accessed by administrators with the highest security clearance. The protocols are used solely for the purpose of analyzing complaints, when it is necessary to establish exactly the actions of one or several Participants on the pages of the Portal. As a rule, such information is used when considering complaints that have a material basis, or illegal actions of one of the Participants against another Participant. Additionally, this information can be used in order to establish the truth in case of accusation of the Portal by the Participant in default or in partial default of obligations to provide services..

ATTENTION! The responsibility for storing the login and password lies entirely with the Participant, who alone has the knowledge of their true content. In case of loss or provision of access to this information due to negligence of the Member, the Portal does not bear any responsibility.

If you do not want your personal information to be stored with us, you can apply to have it removed from our databases. Applications are accepted at [email protected]. Please note that if your information is deleted from our servers, your account will also be automatically deleted, so without this information we cannot provide you with our services.

The Portal reserves the right to make changes and additions to this Agreement in order to improve the service of the Portal Members. Participants will be notified of these changes by email.
