Terms of use of the Portal services IGRERO.RU
These Rules contain a description of the portal services and determine the rights and obligations of the IGRERO.RU web service (hereinafter the Portal) and the rights and obligations of the participants of the Portal (hereinafter the Member) after they accept these Rules.
Description of the Portal services
Portal IGRERO.RU ("Age of Games"), located on the Internet at igrero.ru, provides online table games for playing between at least two participants. The game takes place only between the participants of the portal. Artificial intelligence is not used in the game. The set of games is compiled by the owners of the portal and represents everyone familiar from childhood board games between two or more participants - a throw-in fool, sea battle, tic-tac-toe and others. At the moment, at the launch of the portal, a throw-in fool game is presented. The following games are in development and will be included in the not too distant future.
At the time of the game, there is a video broadcast between the players. Players have the opportunity to watch each other and correspond in the chat provided immediately. Audio contact has not yet been provided for reasons of preventing violations of the Rules. The participant of the game from the side of the portal always broadcasts his video, the participant from the side of the client has the choice to broadcast or turn off his video.
ATTENTION! Playing for money is strictly prohibited on the portal! The portal does not function as a casino and attempts to place bets will be strictly suppressed. The establishment of the fact of an attempt to gamble leads to the immediate blocking of the account of the perpetrator and a ban on further participation in the activities of the portal forever without the possibility of rehabilitation. All actions of the players are always logged for the entire period of their stay in the portal and their actions can be easily restored for the entire period of their stay on the site. The protocols are kept for 2 years and therefore any complaints will be considered with the provision of evidence of guilt or innocence.
The services of the game between the participants in the current version are based on the game of the registered participant (hereinafter referred to as the Client) on the one hand against the invited participant on the other hand, where the invited participant is a girl engaged to participate in the work of the portal (hereinafter referred to as the Service). The game is played either for interest (who will win), or it is possible to make wishes to perform an action for the loser. Participants can agree on this in advance before starting the game using the chat.

Playing for material assets of any nature (money, valuables, transfer of ownership of any valuables, copyrights and other similar actions) is strictly prohibited. Playing on wishes, the fulfillment of which humiliates, exposes the losing side in front of others in an unfavorable light or puts it in an awkward position is also strictly prohibited!
Portal rules
The site is currently intended for individuals who have reached the age of 18. If the administration doubts the veracity of the Participant's age specified during registration, it has the right to request copies of documents confirming the age. In case of refusal to provide such evidence or in case of revealing the submission of false data during registration, the Administration has the right to block the Member's account. The play area for teenagers and children will be opened later, which will be written about in the changes to these Rules.
It is forbidden to demand or request confidential information under any pretext or without it - e-mail address, contact information such as skype, ISQ, MSN and other means of communication on the Internet, phone number, postal address and other possibilities to contact the Member outside the portal site.
Any other personal contacts are prohibited, except as part of the provision of portal services.
It is forbidden to contact Members with requests for material gifts or money transfers. It is also prohibited to indirectly make it clear to the Participants that you need money..
Advertising of third-party services and services in any form is prohibited. Any mention or link in chat or video leads to immediate blocking of the account of the perpetrator of the violation.
The participant confirms that he makes all decisions regarding his behavior during online broadcasts independently. He is fully responsible for all his actions as a person of legal age. He understands that the Portal provides services to the Participant (the Portal grants you a non-exclusive right to use its means of transmitting video / audio / text information that allows you to communicate with other Participants). He understands that the Participant is not an employee, representative or contractor of the Portal. The participant does not have the right to represent himself as an employee of the Portal.
The Participant confirms that, as a Participant, he will not provide any threatening, racist or other illegal materials that offend the dignity of other Participants. He understands that if the Portal suspects him of posting prohibited materials or violating any of the points of these Rules when using the services of the Portal, his account will be immediately blocked for the period of investigation, which may lead to a complete blocking of his account. In this case, orders made and not yet completed are canceled, the payment for them is not refundable.
The Participant undertakes to keep secret the data of his access to the Portal (login and password) and under no circumstances transfer it to third parties. The Participant undertakes under no circumstances to allow other third parties to use the services of the Portal through their access to the services of the Portal. The Member is obliged to immediately inform the Portal of any security breaches, such as loss, theft or illegal use of any data and services of the Portal.
Online broadcasting services are paid. The service fee is charged from the Participant's virtual account, the timely replenishment of which is monitored by the Participant. When ordering a service, the Participant is given the opportunity to replenish his account. But the service will be provided only upon receipt of funds to the account of the Portal. In case of delay in the receipt of funds to the account of the Portal, the provision of the service is suspended.
In the event that an incomplete service is provided (for example, the Member was forced to leave the Portal for any reason), then he is always given the opportunity to receive the rest of the service at any time. All data are logged and the service will be provided from the same place from which it was interrupted. The only condition for continuing is to find the Service providing the service online at this time. ATTENTION! The transfer of the service to another Service is not possible. The service fee is not refundable, except for cases when the service was not provided or was provided incompletely through the fault of the technical means of the Portal or through the fault of the servicing Service. In this case, the Participant has the right to submit a complaint to [email protected] within 1 (one) week from the date of the service or through the contact form located at the bottom of the "Contacts" page. The administration will definitely give an answer to all complaints. The maximum response time is 2 (two) weeks from the date of the complaint.
By accepting the terms of this Agreement, I give the Portal my permission and consent to check and record my activities on the site. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, I agree to comply with all the conditions prescribed by the Portal.
I understand and agree that the Portal has the right to change the terms of this Agreement from time to time.
